Simply browse our collection, add items to your cart, and follow the checkout process.
Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot make changes. However, you can return the item once it arrives if it's not suitable.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options displayed at checkout.

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email to hello@fashionfussion.co.uk. We will see what is still possible.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to sales@fashionfussion.co.uk and we will contact the shipping company.

Are customs or duties included in the shipping cost?

No, customs or duty fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

⁠What happens if my international order is returned to you?

If an international order is sent back, we will refund the item's cost, but the shipping fee is non-refundable.

Returns

⁠How does the pre-paid return label work?

When you request a return, we'll send you a pre-paid Royal Mail label to make returning items easier. You can download and print it or use the QR code provided to have it printed at a Royal Mail location.

Who pays for the return shipping?

While the pre-paid label is convenient, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you prefer, you can arrange your own return shipping at your own expense.

How do I request a return?

You can process a return for your order through logging into your account here.

Log in to your account on our website, submit a return request, and follow the instructions provided.

Once you have submitted a return request, you will receive an email to advise you of your next steps.

If you wish to send back a product to our online shop, please note that there is no possibility to exchange it for other sizes or items. In such cases, you will need to place a new order. To return unwanted items purchased at FashFocused.com, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Ensure that the items have their original labels intact, are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. 
  2. All goods being returned must be packed in a bag or carton. If possible, please use the original packaging.
  3. You can use the Pre Paid Royal Mail service here to organise your return or alternatively If you prefer not to use the portal, you can always organise your own delivery back to us.

Please note: All items in our Sale collection are non-refundable.

⁠What happens if my international order is returned to you?

If an international order is sent back, we will refund the item's cost, but the shipping fee is non-refundable.

⁠⁠Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you'll need to return the original purchase and place a new order.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order confirmation to request a return.

⁠ ⁠How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving your return.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes, items from our Sale collection are non-refundable.

What do I need to know for Returns

Returned items MUST BE in the same condition as received, complete with tags. Items showing additional wear, damage, stains, holes, wash, or perfume odor will be rejected and returned to you. At FashionFussion, we ensure each order is inspected before shipping. In the event of damage, defects, or incorrect items, please notify Fashion Fussion Customer Service within 3 days.

To assist you, we will need the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Product/item number (found on the swing tag or washing label)
  3. Photo(s) of the fault.

Please email this information to our Customer Service team at sales@fashionfussion.co.uk, and we'll assist you promptly. If no contact is made, unfortunately, your item won't be approved by Return&Reclaim department and will be returned to you.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the parcel is returned to us. We strongly suggest that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you return it.
