How do I return my order?
You can process a return for your order through logging into your account here.
Log in to your account on our website, submit a return request, and follow the instructions provided.
Once you have submitted a return request, you will receive an email to advise you of your next steps.
If you wish to send back a product to our online shop, please note that there is no possibility to exchange it for other sizes or items. In such cases, you will need to place a new order. To return unwanted items purchased at fashionfussion.co.uk, please follow these simple steps:
- Ensure that the items have their original labels intact, are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All goods being returned must be packed in a bag or carton. If possible, please use the original packaging.
- You can use the Pre Paid Royal Mail service here to organise your return or alternatively If you prefer not to use the portal, you can always organise your own delivery back to us.

How long does it take to process a refund?
